Shuhei Okubo is a policy designer at the Digital Agency in the Japanese Government and is passionate about transforming organisations into adaptable, flexible, and forward-thinking entities. He adopts human-centred and speculative design methods to strategise with stakeholders and reach shared goals. He received an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Waseda University in Japan, equipped with solid quantitative methodology in social science, and is currently enrolled in MA Service Design at the Royal College of Art.
