The aim of this project is to alter society perspectives about menopause by the utilization of art and proposition, with the intention of reshaping our understanding of this phase in women's lives. Instead of perceiving menopause as a state of decline, our aim is to present it as a period of empowerment and liberation for women. Our objective is to challenge misconceptions and anxieties surrounding menopause by employing various forms of artistic expression, portraying it as a natural and beneficial phase of life. Our goal is to foster a culture that promotes support, empathy, and appreciation by highlighting the fortitude, adaptability, and elegance of women experiencing menopause. This project acts as a catalyst for societal transformation, promoting a more compassionate and all-encompassing attitude to menopause.
our team believed that our project will bring female menopause to the forefront of the debate, allowing women to reconnect with their bodies, better their mental health, and enjoy this time of life with confidence and independence. At the same time, the completion of this project allowed me to delve deeper into the topic of women. We not only assist women who have gone through menopause, but also the general public those who is unaware of menopause and our future self. Women play a vital role in society, they are vital members of their families, communities, and workplaces. So they should not be subjected to unjustified social misunderstandings, scrutiny, and discrimination, as well as eyes staring at their faces and voices criticising their bodies. Instead, she could finally concentrate on herself: her emotions, desires, and dreams. Michelle Yeoh previously claimed that "60 is my golden age." Following menopause, a new "me" emerges. We want all women to understand that menopause is a natural process. Women live a long life once they lose their ability to bear children. Not just a year or two, but several decades. She still has a long life ahead of her, with many options.
