Exhibition view and a handmade book

Our goal was to create a water purification art machine through artistic means. Water purification art projects stem from the idea that water management can be ecological and without the use of chemicals. We see our project as an art machine. It consists of individual collages and partial text fragments that will tell different stories of the water journey in the contemporary world. The collage is made up of fragments of images from each of our practices and explorations of the subject. We want to present water not only as a physical element but also as a symbolic choice for a better, cleaner future.

In the final presentation, we meticulously arranged the imagery of the water filtration process into a series of visually captivating images, complemented by water-related poems to add depth and narrative to our work. The decision to compile these images and poems into books stemmed from our collective belief that books provided an immersive and accessible medium to convey our message to a broader audience.
