After earning her Bachelor's degree in Arts and Crafts in South Korea, she worked as a commercial space designer for several years before running her own textile design studio. These experiences have fostered her interest in the relationships between spaces, viewers, users, and objects. The process of seeking inspiration begins with retracing how, when, and why her current tastes were formed, seeking the origins of her preferences. Her work visualizes the imagination that stems from her childhood experiences and observations, depicting the combinations of organic shapes and vivid colours that float in her mind. Through this, she aims to materialize vague, fragmentary, dream-like thoughts into tangible reality.
