Claire Lee is a Knitwear Textile professional whose passion for merging tradition with technology has led to groundbreaking innovations in the field. With a keen interest in exploring the intersection of structure and future design, she brings a fresh perspective to the industry, constantly pushing boundaries and reimagining what's possible.

During AcrossRCA she takes her knowlegde of knitting into "Monuments of the Liminal" commentary on the cognitive disassociation from the fate of our planet. She created a textile knit shape inspired by Romanesco broccoli offers a fascinating exploration of nature's intricate patterns. Drawing inspiration from the fractal geometry of Romanesco broccoli's spiralling florets, the textile knit could feature a series of interconnected layers and loops, echoing the vegetable's mesmerizing repetition and organic structure. By infusing the textile knit with the essence of Romanesco broccoli's natural beauty, the resulting fabric shape becomes a captivating homage to the wonders of the natural world, inviting viewers to marvel at the complexity and elegance found in even the smallest elements of nature.
