Chenyao Chen

Chenyao is a designer and artist focused on spatial and modern art. Chenyao's artistic practice is deeply rooted in a continuous exploration of material and spiritual realms. Utilising forms such as spatial art, installations, sculpture, and painting, he not only reinterprets philosophical notions but also, through the reconstitution and innovation of readymade objects, proposes hypotheses about future worlds. These artistic works aim to guide viewers in reflecting and devising solutions to future challenges.  He continuously challenges traditional artistic boundaries, stimulating personalised interpretations amongst viewers. Through ambiguity and negative space, he encourages viewer introspection.
