The video captures our installation setup and puts together our work. The installation serves as a metaphor for the digital world to emphasis the significance of self-identities in the digital world of shifting realities. Our installation is made up of materials that we have used to build metaphoric connections and put together an experience. Materials such as flexible mirrors and illustrations portrayed through the projector are metaphors for shifting realities in the digital world. For instance, the flexible mirrors reflect the technological advancements that shape our interactions and boundaries with the digital and physical world. The illustrations projected on the wall are reality; the mirrors on the floor are metaphors for technology, which distorts reality and creates identities that are false, resulting in deep fake identities. The sound of crowd chattering used in the video documentation signifies how accustomed we are in this world of disinformation and that we barely are aware of our ownidentities in the digital world of deep-fake.
